Who Cannot Apply for a Turkish Visa to Turkey?
If you are a citizen of the United States, Canada, Israel, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, Belgium or France you cannot apply for a Turkish visa. If you are a citizen of any other country you can apply for a Turkish visa if you have a valid visa from your home country.
If you are traveling to Turkey for tourism purposes only and not working or studying there, you do not need a visa. However, if you plan on staying longer than 90 days in Turkey or if you will be visiting more than one province in Turkey during your trip (not including Istanbul), then you will need to obtain a tourist visa.
